4. Refund Policy

VindrFlow is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Keyboards, Mice, or Game Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Items showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Digital products or downloadable content, if applicable, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
