You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not qualify for a full refund.

  • Opened or used Keyboards, Mice, or Game Controllers, unless defective.
  • Software or digital content associated with controllers.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Proof of defect or error may be requested.

Return Process
